ORDERING
When placing your order please do make sure you have measured your ring size and or wrist to get the perfect fit as this will make it easier for you to insure your correct size.
PERSONALISATION
Any jewellery that has been personalised can not be returned or exchanged due to the individual and bespoke piece of Jewellery. When ordering we will ask if the wording is correct as mistakes can not be rectified later. Please make note that the letter is hand stamped so they may be imperfections.
WARRANTY
During the warranty period of 3 months from purchase we will repair or replace at no charge on any. Any items that proves damaged because of improper material or improper workmanship under normal use and care.
RETURNS POLICY
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Earnings can only be returned if not worn due to hygiene reasons.
When posting out please use a secure and traceable method of post and retain proof of posting. we will not be responsible for loss in transit.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing the item is not damaged or has not been worn.any personalised pieces of jewellery can not be exchanged or returned due to the bespoke nature. If the value of the new item is lower than the originally we will credit the difference by a gift card or onto your account. Earrings can not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or the material that is used is faulty after 3 months of purchase. Items that are damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are throughly checked to make sure the quality is of a high standard as it leaves our workshop.
WEAR AND TEAR
It is not recommended that you wear your jewellery when participating in any sports, sleeping or swimming. Also avoid contact with perfume, creams, make up and any solvents such as bleaches and any household products which can damage and tarnish silver.
RINGS AND STONES
Be very careful to protect the stones from knocks, scratches and solvents such as household products. To clean the stone place it in water with a little washing up liquid and dry with a soft cloth.
CARE
Gold and silver jewellery can tarnish over time so to maximise your beautiful handcrafted piece do ensure it is kept clean and away from oils, creams, perfumes and make up. Store your jewellery separately in a soft box or pouch and away from sunlight and other pieces so you don’t scratch it.
